We were talking about using a brayer on the Chat , and I wanted to post showing what I made at a make-n-take. I didn't like the background they gave us to use, so I brot mine home to finish later.
This is with three different inks rolled on, and then stamped the images.

Details, please. What kind of inks, regular rubber brayer, etc.? That is gorgeous.

I think we used a blue and a red and another color. we rolled the brayer on the ink pad - then they said to roll it on scrap paper first to get off the excess, and then roll on your paper.
You can put as much or as little as you like. Then we used another brayer (to change colors) and then the third. Go in different directions.
It was a regular small rubber brayer. The booth sold out of the brayers with this make-n-take and I didn't get one!
But I am on the lookout for one.

They look wonderful. I dont stamp that much but they look great and if you just roll it then it seems like something I can do.

    Janelle,

Thanks for giving us the technique. I think I will have to get a brayer and try this. I really like the look.

Thanks for posting that. I've thought about getting a brayer, but never did.
