The other day I had this yogurt thing for breakfast and I am trying to find out how to make it. It was a cup of yogurt with some kind of granola type stuff in the bottom, fresh fruit (blueberries and strawberries) in the yogurt and some kind of granola type stuff on top.

I have the fresh fruit and yogurt part figured out, but I cannot figure out what kind of topping was used (also used in the bottom).

It was really really good and I would guess it would be good for you also.

    Thanks.

Is it like that yogurt parfait thingy at McDonalds?

I have made that at home and used crunchy granola as the topping. Check the health food section of your grocery store for some flavored granola's-I used a vanilla flavored one, and sometimes one w/ bluberry in, or almonds- but whichever flavor granola you like will probably work!
