Just wanted to share in case you "need" anything! I found American Crafts items- ribbon and flowers!! for some reason these were in the school supplies in the center displays at my store!?

    $2 - 6pack ribbons (retail for $6)they had aqua, puple, dk pink, a navy/orange/tan set, and a khaki/green set.

$3 - Greenhouse flowers FELT and PAPER ones

also got some Fiskars 8.5x11 black cardstock- 36pc for $2!!

There were some great albums too, but nothing I needed.

    THAT is sooo funny!!
Yes- if you can't find them locally, I will certainly send some to you. And I would be happy to split what I have if you don't need full containers. I certainly have more flowers than I will EVER use on my own!!

I went to Big Lots this past weekend with my DGS looking for trucks. He had to go to the b/r and there was the scrapbook stuff. Not a lot, but a sign "$1.00". They had some of the "X" Xyron refills marked $5, but I thought if they were a buck I would be good to go, so I picked up a bunch and a few other things. Got to cash register and they rang up $5. Had to go to service desk and wait. Meanwhile looked in their brochure and saw ad "Xyron adhesive $1". Of course, the lady at the service desk also rang it up as $5, and when I pointed out the ad and noted that Xyron doesn't make that many choices of adhesive, her comment was "well we must be sold out of the one on sale". Since I had DGS (age 4) we were at the time limit of his patience, so I didn't pursue. But I still think they should have been $1. Now THAT would have been a deal!!! oh well :-)

nanabells- $5 for the X adhesive is no deal. That is the regular price, isn't it? I am sure I have bought it at WM for $4 something.

Thanks for sharing these great buys. One of my friends also just really found some great things at Big Lots. You just never know where your treasure will be! Lisa
