Very cute, how did you do the binder clip?

Directions, no problem! I bought the clipboards at Walmart for .97 each. First I painted the whole front and sides of the clipboard with 2-3 coats of paint, depending on color and coats needed. Then I cut the size paper I wanted, brushed Mod Podge on the board where I wanted the paper and placed the paper over it. I took a Pampered Chef pan cleaner (little brown plastic square thing) and rubbed over the paper to make sure it was stuck down and got out as many air bubbles as I possibly could. After it dried for a short bit I then added any stickers for names or whatever and put on 2 coats of Mod Podge on top. When it was dry I added ribbon to the paper where the paper and painted board met, added any flowers and tied tons of ribbon on the bar of the long clip. It was very easy and I had a small fan blowing on it so it dried pretty fast. It was fun and I am NOT a very creative or artistic person at all. Let me know if you have any questions.
