It's by purple cow and if you have, is it cheaper elsewhere? Just curious.. I'm not in the market of a new trimmer, but this is very appealing!!

    Creativexpress
By Purple Cows. 2 in 1 Combo Trimmer is feature-packed, yet compact. A rotary trimmer for percise cutting on one side, featuring 3 interchangeable blades

Straight trim, for trimming photos accurately
Deco edge, for announcements or page inserts
Perforated score, for a tear-off perf or hinged to paper
A heavy duty guillotine cutter that cuts up to 10 sheets of paper, even presentation board on the other.
Seperate the rotary trimmer from the guillotine to cut larger sheets, or leave them connected for convenience. For home office, crafts, photos and artwork. Combo Trimmer size is 14-5/8" x 20-7/8" x 3-1/2". Weight is 4 lbs. 6 oz.

    Hi! Taffy,
My dh bought me one for Christmas. That is the going price but I have seen them advertised a little cheaper. I returned the one he bought me because the bas does not have much weight to it so every time I lifted the gulliotine the whole thing lifted up. I bought 2 Fiskars gulliotine cutters from Big Lots for $25.00 each and have been very happy with it.

Just my opinion. Some people love it.

    Hugs to all of you!

I have this one and think it's a great trimmer. The main reason is that it locks your paper down before you cut so it doesn't move. But before you buy...Purple cows is coming out with an ultimate trimmer and it's supposed to have many more interchangeable blades than the three that come with this one and, like this one, they store within the trimmer.
The three this one has is straight, wavy and perforated.

Yes I bought it after Cass's review and I got a steal if this is the going price. Joann's .com had it on sale and you could use a 20% off and free shipping.... got it for like $27.00... I didn't see the extra blades... I think the box is out on the street for pick up hope they don't come before I go home.... .

Cass I don't like the over all size of the base between blades....I love the cut and markings and the tightness of everything...
