For Mothers Day we are going to go to the zoo with my MIL, SIL and kids (about 13 people). They are having the NM symphony orchestra play in the pavillion while everyone has a "picnic".
Im trying to figure out what food to take that would be easy but FAB!! I was thinking maybe individual hoagies, fresh fruit......my ideas stop there! I need everyones help here!!!!

one things I love to make for potlucks are these ham roll ups. You take a piece of ham, the boiled kind in the lunchmeat section, then spread it with cream cheese the whipped kind, and put a pickle in it the spears work best since they ar already cut up. Roll it up and cut in bite size pieces put in a container.

the last picnic I went on was with hubby and the miata club. We had fruit, different cheeses, chips and sammies. Oh and wine because we went to a winery
