Last summer I created a new type of album using a regular 3 ring binder and ordinary full sized cardstock file folders. I stiched down the fold side of the folder on the sewing machine about an inch in from the edge or down one of the crease lines that my folders had. Then using notebook paper as a template, punched round holes between the stitching and the fold.
Cover the folder pages with scrapbook paper and scrap away!!! Snap into folder and there you are! EASY. INEXPENSIVE. CUTE.
