Has anyone ever tried the snap lock scrapbook? It is similar to the postbound, but you don't have those irritating screws to remove to add pages. I am doing a book for my husband of his life and wanted to try it. Thanks for any feed back. Pat

I believe it is actually Snap Load and if that is the case, yes I have purchased a Pioneer Snap Load album. You can also purchase just the Snap Load system for about $5 and change out your post bound albums to Snap Load, which is what I do with all of my post bound albums. Much, much easier.

Here is a link with a demo too: http://www.snapload.com/

Thanks for the info, Bonnie. I learn more things here! Are these sold at most places that carry Pioneer albums & refills?

Yes I have a few of these and love them!! I picked up mine at Joanns for $5 and I do know Michaels carries them also. I first seen them on QVC and loved them but never purchased until I saw them at JA and used a coupon. I have all different protective covers too and they work all them so far.

Thanks, dum dum me, i knew it was snap something. I didn't know you could change out the other albums. Judy, I bought my album at Walmart. It was around $19.00, they are a bit higher at Hobby Lobby, but if you use a coupon it will be about the same as walmart. I liked the one at walmart because it had a place on the front to insert a small picture. Thanks, bonnie for the info about the other part you can buy. I will look into that. those postbound screws really give me the willeys sometimes. Pat

The albums states that they will hold up to 300 pages. Now i'm sure if you have bulky embellishments it will hold less. So far his book is about 95 pages, no bulky stuff really, and i am going to add about 20 more pages. So it should be fine. You think???

Love those snap load! As Bonnie stated sooooooo much easier to use and you can do many more pictures, but so much depends on the Album if it will expand that much.
I've converted most of my post bound ones also.

I'm going to be on the look out for these next time I get a chance to go to the store. They sound really great.
