Saw this online, 'late' last night and thought is was a really cute idea. So I made one for DD this morning to keep her phone numbers in. She likes it .

I even made the covers . Way too much fun so will have to make one for me .

Wasn't sure where this would go, it's not really altered, but stuck it in here anyway.

    Oh, used my Bind-it-all.

This is the inside. Just punch the holes in 3 x 5 index cards and you have plenty of room for phone numbers, addresses, and emails. Even put birthday information!

Oh yeah! I forgot to mention that I coated the covers with a few coats of Royal decoupage medium. It's acid free! The blue ribbon and the blue flowers are not that dark, they are just a little tiny bit darker than the blue in the butterflies.

I thought it was too. The little address books that you buy at the store never seem to have enough room to write, unless you write really teeny tiny. This is only 3.5 x 5.25 so it would fit in a purse.

I'm thinking about making one for Christmas card addresses. Wouldn't that be handy to have around every year?

Great quick gift idea. You are right about giving you more space to right and still small enough to fit in your purse. Lisa

I thought of another idea for these little index card books. They would be good to have at baby showers, bridal showers, etc., and the guests could write a little something for the guest of honor. Could also be cute as mini autograph books for teens. You could ditch the index cards and just make card stock pages cut at 3 x 5 for class pictures and autographs/little notes each year.
