I was in J's yesterday and they had the Cricut on sale for $199.99 I just checked QVC and it was $289 plus shipping. Now for my question. J's will let me use a coupon for 40% off so why would I or should I buy from QVC? Just not sure. Am I missing something?

I'd double check the 40% off on Cricut before you go......sometimes they say that they aren't valid for use with those.
    Just an idea!
I hope you can get it.
    Good luck, Marsha

My J's coupons specifically say you can not use it on the Cricut
I hope your J's is different!

QVC does give an extra, exclusive cartridge (doodletype, a font); I bought mine through them last July, and with the extra cart, it was about equal to the stores. Now, stores are much cheaper, but some people HAVE to have that exclusive cart. I'd say store.

I thought I saw the Cricut on QVC for $229 with 2 cartridges. It was an 'order only' item but was some new one that will also draw. And as far as I know J's nor Mike's will honor any coupon for any Cricut product. Check www.bargainpack.com as well.

Thanks for the info. I did order the Cricut from QVC it does draw any shape it can cut. It also came with 7 ink cartridges. I hope I will be as happy as all of you with your Cricuts. I hear chirping in my future.

Pfft on both of them. LOL. I was on Costco.com, they have it for $189.99, regular price. And you can still shop costco.com if you aren't a member, but you pay a 5% surcharge, which makes the cricut only $199, regular price. So if you don't catch it on sale somewhere else check out costco.com
