If you have a sizzix machine, you can cut through it with dies. I like to cover it with patterned paper or ink it, mostly.
I'm going broke saving money on scrapbooking supplies!

Its already cut into pretty pieces, how do you cover it with paper? Lost on that part. Do I glue the paper then go around it with a craft knife?

pretty much. That's what I did on Sam's flower, I stuck it on there with adehsive and trimmed around it. You can also use your paints. Stickles, ink it, pretty much anything you'd do to paper.

I've covered it with fabric run through a xyron and then cut with a die.

I have done all of the following: inked it, painted, covered it with pp. When I covered it with pp I just put Tacky glue on the surface of the chip and then applied the pp to it pressing out all bubbles. Then I used a craft knife to cut away the paper.

I used glitter on the ones I have. I did it for my DD's SB. I used a sponge brush and the MS glitter glue I bought, put on a light coat of glue, then sprinkled on ultra fine glitter.
