There is a few of us ladies that take class at the LSS that decided we were going to get together yesterday at the store. We brought our lunch and a snack to pass. We started at noon and I walked and they locked the door behind me!!!LOL (it was closing time) I had a blast and can not wait till next week. Great conversation, exchange ideas good food and wonderful bunch of ladies. I just had to share my great time with everyone. That was my first crop? is that what they call it? It was nice being there so if you needed something you could just go in the store. That was great and dangerous since I am on a spending freeze!!
    Have a great day ladies!

That sounds like a lot of fun. I hope to find a group around here to scrapbook with. My meetup group that I just joined is dissolving so that's out.

OH Diana I am so glad you had such a nice time. Crops can be a blast on there own and having one in a scrap store can only make it better. I hope your feeling all better now.

I use to go to M's for their crops but stopped after my son was born. I tried recently to sign up but it wasn't available. I guess no one has been going lately. I did find outjust a couple of days ago that the the teenage girl that moved in across the street last summer was the same girl that use to go to the same crop. It is so much more interesting when you can SB with other people around you. I'm glad that you could find a great bunch of ladies to crop with.

Diana, glad you enjoyed it. I always do enjoy it when I get together with friends to scrap. I hope you have many more crops.

Cass I'm sorry there is no one for you to scrap with. If I lived near you, I'd love to scrap with you! LuLu too!

It is fun to get together with others. Tomorrow I am headed to an all day crop from 10:00 a.m. until midnight to a place I have never been and it will be a long ways from home. Not looking forward to the drive, but I am looking forward to meeting new people and checking out a new store to me.

I have found that the more stuff I accumulate I would just rather either SB @ home or host a crop in my home (or clubhouse). I think I need to hitch a trailer to the car for tomorrow.
