My daughter's ex mother-in-law called me yesterday and said that her neighbor had some little cabinets with drawers that had thread in them and did I want them. Still not knowing exactly what she had, I told her probably so and would come look. When I got there, it was 3 cabinets with 60 small plastic drawers in each one. He wanted $10 for them. I told her it was rediculous to be so happy over some little drawers - lol

Not only did I get the drawers, but they were all full of embroidery floss.

Now I just have to decide what I want to put in them. lol

WOW! 60 drawers in EACH? Now there is a storage solution for those of us with all these little embellies like buttons, brads, eyelets, etc!!

Yes - isn't that awesome. I had already started putting my die cuts in a notebook, but may have to take the ones that will fit in the drawers and put in there. I already have my brands in something I like, but I know I'll have them filled before long. Still have to take out all the embroidery floss. lol I probably got $100 worth of embroidery floss in the drawers.

If you don't want the embroidery floss, you should talk to Ziggy. She's the stitchery queen. She might want to take it off your hands. Congrats on getting the drawers. Bet you'll fill them fast.

I don't go often either, but never really find anything if I do, but my daughter's ex-mother-in-law saw it at her neighbors and called me. She's all time bringing me something for my scrapbooking since we both have the same granddaughter that so special to us. It's a strange situation, she is closer to my daughter than she is to her own son.

I thought about that with Ziggy. But I do cross stitch also, or should I say I have in the past. lol Trying to decide if I want to keep it or pass it on. I also use it in my scrapbooking sometimes - sewing buttons on, stitching, tying things, etc.
