My son has 8 teachers. I would have went broke buying gifts. I made each teacher door sign. I purchased the wood plagues at the dollar tree store. I had my husband print a files at his office on the lazer printer and the ribbon was $1.17 per yard I bought 1.5 yards. the other ribbon was .99 cents for the entire roll. I had to buy a clear glaze it was $4.00. The school mascot is the Timberwolves. Grey and hunter green is the school colors...All 8 cost me less than $15...

Thanks for sharing this with us. I have a few friends that are teachers and have to say items with their names on them are the best ones they could get.....not to mention handmade thats a big plus.

These are very nice, I bet they will love them and use them for years to come.

eh it's nice if you can. I got something from one of my daycare parents. Another friend who works at a different place has gotten or has seen others in her center get a bunch of stuff. It depends on you area and if you feel like you're able to do it. I think mainly in elementary school I gave my teachers gifts. Middle and HS I didn't.

Stacy I love those, very neat idea
