I use brads more because I have to get a hammer from hubby in order to use eyelets, plus I didn't have a good table for hammering. BUT I have heard rave reviews about a spring loaded hole punch/eyelet setter I think by MM and I'm going to get that. www.eyeletsandmore.net has a sale 55% off of everything for the month of Feb. My friend and I put in an order together and I'm excited to use the eyelets.

i use both and the crop-a-dile is great for punching holes and setting eylets and snaps. It cuts through about anything. Some people have had some problems because the engraving on it is kinda hard to see but I haven't had problems lining it up yet.

scrapsoftime if you really want to use eyelets and don't care about putting them in the middle of a page the crop-a-dile is a great investment. It has two hole punches on either side and can set eyelets and snaps but you're limited to a 2 inch reach or so.

I have the crop a dile and the silent setter. Love both. The silent setter is great for punching holes or setting eyelets anywhere on the page. It is also less expensive than the cropadile.
