I love scrapbooking and it is no big secret. If it is my birthday or a holiday I always ask for scrapbooking supplies.

My friends and fellow scrapbookers we give each other these kits. I just wanted to share the ideas with you all...Most of the kits I give are left overs from items that we have left over from other projects.

    I always include
at least 3 sheets of paper. that all match
2 acessories handmade or diecuts, store bought, a stamp or ink to match.
    Ribbon or fibers
    buttons/brads/or eyelets
I also may print out a page map.

I KNOW THIS IS NO BIG SECRET BUT IT IS A GIFT I LOVE TO GIVE AND RECIEVE AND IT IS A GREAT GIFT NO MATTER THE SKILL LEVEL OF THE SCRAPBOOKER.

Everyone keeps asking how I get things done with children it is so easy with these items already picked out for me.

I keep all of these items in 12X12 page protectors that I purchase from the dollar store. They are not good enough to protect my pages in the scrapbooks but they hold all of the supplies together. typing with baby excuse the mess.

I think that is great idea. I have a neice that scrapbooks and i just send her a bunch of different die cuts for her pages and then i did matching frames so atleast she can use the stuff together.

I also wish I had friends close that scrapbook. I did send my sis a small page kit just for fun to cheer her up a bit.

Since most of my friends who scrap are learning from me, I've told my DH if anyone asks what I need for a gift for any occasion, gift cards from ACM, HL or Mikes is the answer to give. So last year for Christmas He gave me a gift card. Boy, was it fun to shop with and not have my usual limit.

I've never used or made a SB kit, I'd barely know how to put one together. But with Stacy's explanation, I think I could do one. Thanks Stacy for teaching me something new!
