Has anyone ever tried running homemade paper through a pasta maker (during the making process) with a texture sheet to give it a, well, texture?

To answer my own question, yes you can. The paper needs to be fairly thick and the texture plate fairly defined, but it does work. Just need to experiment with different plates to see what works best.
