I have used the computer for some, but lately I've just been hand writing it - it just goes faster that way. I need to find some kind of straight template that I could use to make rows of pencil lines so I don't go down or uphill with my writing. When I have a lot to say I will use the computer and use a small font so it will all fit and I can write and look at it later and edit, etc.

You can use an acrylic ruler and pencil for making journaling lines. I use an acrylic centering ruler that has a cutout in the middle and lines printed above and below the cutout. It makes it really easy to see where I want to start and stop the lines and the lines are usually straight on my journaling block.

What do you use to write it? A regular ink pen, a gel pen, a sharpie?

I use scrapbook safe pens similar to the Zig Writers. They are the Stampin' Up pens that come in different colors because I usually match the journaling to the colors of the page I am working on.

If I use my zip pen to write a paragraph I'll use the invisible pen to ruler straight lines to make sure everythings straight & neat. Helps a lot!

Could you please explain "invisible pen" to me? I'm new and I've never heard of it.
