Does anyone have a favorite eyelet setter? I have been using the one by Fiscars...it's spring loaded and so far so good. How about the rest of you?

I use the Silent Setter. It works well, but there are some eyelets I couldn't set like the metal ones from Joanns (Joanns own brand). It takes a little getting used to an some elbow grease, but it is SO quiet.

Im still using my MM one with the hammer. I don't usually scrapbook when people are sleeping anyways, and just can't justify buying a silent one since I don't.

I still use my MM with the hammer and will probably stick with that.

Jan, for me it is hands down the cropodile. I just recently got one after seeing very good reviews on other boards and it will cut through and set eyelets in a cardboard box like it was 20lb paper and so easy on the hands. I also have problems with mine and it does not hurt them at all. On the other boards I have been on, I have heard no negative except that it will not set in the middle of a page. I like it so much that I can work around that someway. I bought mine at Holly Hobby, the only craft store except for Archives around here that carries them. I used my 40% coupon and paid around $15.00 for it. They are hard to find now because they are so popular.

I got to use a Crop-O-Dile on Saturday. It was really nice, and very EASY! But I still won't buy one. There is just no reach to it at all! It's just way too limiting for me.
