I've used them. I've used them on some cards, but my biggest problem that i have yet to overcome is, NOT getting the stuff all over the place.

I can help you with that! I use a very soft brush, kind of like a small make up brush, and I just 'barely' dip it in the jar and pick up some powder. When I'm done I use another brush, same kind, and brush off any excess.

I just bought Perfect Pens and they work so well with Pearl Ex. I'm going to play with these over the weekend to see what I come up with. I was hoping for some ideas from others who have used the pigment powders.

I have used them. I stamp with VersMark and then brush on the smallest amount. Then I buff over it with a tissue.

    Uh huh, Barb.

You can use them on paper, on polymer clay, as a paint, and several other things that escape me at the moment. I have a Wish Blade and I was thinking of cutting out a butterfly and then painting its wings with different colors of Pearl Ex. I also plan to make a paint of gum arabic, distilled water, and gold pigment, then using a sea sponge to sponge a black mat to use with a heritage photo that I have. I bought the Pearl Ex about a month or so ago, but just now got them out to play this morning. I've been to several websites and there are 'awesome' pigment powder artists out there!
