For the second year in a row I am having trouble with my microwave fudge. The only thing I can see is that the condensed milk is a 12 oz. can not the 14 oz. that the recipe calls for. I've never paid any attention before to the size of the can. Would 2 oz. make that much of a difference that the mixture would curdle, not thicken? Hate wasting more ingredients. Didn't have any trouble with the peanut brittle earlier so don't think it is the microwave.
