I had a mis-hap with the laundry today. It seems a piece of the gosh darn easter grass got into the dryer with the light colored clothes. And stained them very well. Green spots all over EVERYTHING . I rewashed, but it didn't help. Now, I know I can try bleaching the white stuff. My problem is what can I use to try to get it out of the stuff that is not solid white???? Anyone have any ideas at all??

Cindy, I'm so sorry. Totally Toddler has worked wonders for me; it gets those pesky grease stains, even after they've been in the dryer. I have found it only at Toys R Us and Babies R Us, but they have a little bottle for a buck. HTH.

Our WalMart carries Totally Toddler - only thing that actually worked on formula stains. I'll have to go get another bottle - I never thought to use it on non - baby stains. Thanks for the tip.

I love Totally Toddler too. (Still use it, even though my kids are 7 & 5) Our Walmart sells it also (back in the baby section). Also, you might try a color safe bleach or even an oxi-clean.

I looked for the toddler thing at WM in the laundry section and the baby section but I couldn't find it. I'm trying the shout stick, if that doesn't work I'll try looking at Toy's R Us for the toddler thing.

I think the stain remover I use is called Oxi clean spray stain remover or something like that. It's in a blue spray bottle. I usually spray it on wet clothes (works better that way) and leave it on over night. It has gotten a lot of stains out. Also, I heard if you put stain remover on and put the clothes outside overnight it works. I have no idea why and I haven't tried the outside part.

Oh, I just remembered another tip. If you see that the stains didn't come out after washing, don't put the clothes in the dryer because the heat will set it in. Put the stain remover on at that point and then re-wash after it sits awhile.
