    What's for Easter Dinner?

What is everyone having for their Easter dinner this year?

We will have ham, roasted potato salad, dressed eggs (deviled) and a brownie mix. Not fixing much
because it will just be the 3 of us this year. We are just going to have the ham on rolls so nothing to even heat up.

I have my ham on cooking now.

We'll make a spiral ham, potatoes, deviled eggs and a vegetable. I'm trying to decide what to do for dessert though. I have a Market Day orange cake or I could make a carrot cake or cheese cake. I've been craving cheesecake but I think the family wanted my carrot cake. I bought the Market Day cake last month in mind for Easter.

I also have my split peas bought for the the leftover ham. I'm looking forward to pea soup more than Easter dinner.

We'll probably go out for lunch and not bother with dinner Your menus sound scrumptious though!

We're having a dawn service at church with bacon and egg rolls to follow. That counts for me. Chicken salad for lunch then supper after the evening service.

I bought a pork loin roast that I'll probably make w/a roasted veggies: brussel sprouts for me and DH and something else for the kids.
sweet potatoes will be good with it too.

Sorry been busy here with 8 guest for the week! 5 of them kids... Man I forgot what it's like to have pre teens around! Lol.

I cooked ham scallopped potatoes, beans, broccoli n rice, I was buying a cake mix for cupcakes when Keaton saw rainbow cake mixes n he wanted them,, I thought it won't matter the color... He started saying one for Mikie, n Don... That's what they are calling the ninja turtles,,, I had to lol! Made for a pretty Easter cake with cream cheese frosting! Other items brought... Devidled eggs, salad, corn, chicken casserol... Some kind of muffin, terasumiu , creamed spinach, ...

We had 23 for dinner so it sounds like a lot but most got eaten with little left overs! Lol
