    microwave fudge

Has anyone ever done microwave fudge? I've done it for 20+ years & it failed this year for the first time. Did a second batch & it failed, too. Can you overcook the milk & sugar mix? The recipe I have is for a 750 watt microwave & mine now is 1200 watt. I've used it before so can't figure out why it never got to soft ball stage.

I'm sorry, I have never tried to do fudge in the microwave. It is one of those things that I keep meaning to try.
Hope you can figure out what the problem was.

Put "eat chocolate" at the top of your list of things to do today. That way, at least you'll get one thing done.

I have never made fudge ever so I have no clue. I hope you get it figured out.

It's not going to get figured out until next year. Already wasted a ton of sugar & 2 cans of evaporated milk this year. Will wait & see what the microwave does for a while before I try it again.
