    Easy Cheesecake

I'm posting this recipe by request. It's actually called Honey Maid Holiday Cheesecake Presents found on allrecipes.com. The bars are to be decorated to look like festive gifts but I didn't bother to do that. I found this to be the easiest cheesecake recipe I have ever made and it was delicious.

    10 graham crackers, finely crushed
    1/3 cup butter melted
    3 Tbls. sugar

3 8 oz. packages of brick cream cheese, softened
    3/4 cup sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 eggs
    *decorating gels and colored sprinkles

Heat oven to 350. Mix crackers, 3Tbs.sugar, and butter. Press into 13X9-inch pan.
Beat cream cheese, 3/4 cup sugar and vanilla with mixer until well blended. Add eggs; mix just until blended. Pour over crust.
Bake 30 min. or until center is almost set. Cool. Refrigerate 3 hours. Cut into bars. Decorate using gels and sprinkles.

I'm thankful for piles of laundry. It means my loved ones are nearby.
