Well, I got a few SB goodies at the garage sales today:

New Carl 12" paper trimmer $2

Stampin' Up Set of 7 stamps .50

3 new spools of satin ribbon .10 ea.

Not bad- wish the gal with stamps had more- at that price I would have bought them all!

You did great! I had to drive to VA and back today to drop my son with his Grandpa. I'll be checking out the sales next week! Lisa

Lisa, where are in VA? Christi, I did that about a month or so ago. A lady had an LSS but closed it. She sold a bunch of stuff for 75% off. That's where I got those glitter letters on my Generations layout. I got them in pink too. I got lots of eyelets and snaps too. WTG on your bargains!

    I hear ya Judith!

My secret naughty fantasy is that the lonely widower of a longtime Stampin' Up consultant (who was her own best customer) is having a Garage Sale and has marked all of the stuff .25 each - and I am the first person to show up at the sale! *sigh*

Oh, did I mention that Johnny Depp is the lonely widower?

I haven't found any either. I do see some stuff on craigslist.com but never called anyone about any of it.

I watch our IWANNA paper. I saw sizzix offered for sale but the price I got my Cuttlebug for was better. My DH watches the paper for me too.

I got one of those big cropping in style photo organizers for $2.00.

I have seen used rolling cases for $20-$30 but I didn't need one.

We have a big neighborhood sale every year and I hit the sales. I can usually find some good scrapping deals on organizers, etc... never found any stamps!! Good find Java

Cindy we always meet my family in Chester at the Cracker Barrel (just north of Petersburg). My ds is going to spend the next few weeks with his grandparents in Spring Grove, PA and Downingtown, PA. Petersburg is like the half way point. Lisa
