    recent photos

    There really isn't anyplace here to post photo but I just had to share. I started a pineapple from a cutting & after 3 years (give or take) it's finally doing something besides just be a pretty house plant. It's gone from this to this in 2 months. It's supposed to take 6 months to get a fully ripe fruit so I may have one I can eat sometime this summer.

    How wonderful! I see your getting used to your new camera also great shots! ? What kind did you get? I got me a new one and just got a complement on a photo on a lo this week! But give the camer all the credit! Lol I still need to learn so much about it!

    Dont forget to show us progress shots! Hummm maybe the temps are just right there! You didn't start after you moved there did you? If so I can't believe it's been that long already!

    Think you must have me mixed up with someone else, Clarinda. I've lived in the same place the last 17+ years. And, I'm growing this inside right next to my coconut palm that I grew from a coconut brought back from Guam 14 years ago.
    About the camera, I have a Canon Rebel T3 with an assortment of lenses. I took a class at Jessica Sprague's but the instructor is now at A Beautiful Mess Shop. Her name is Candice Stringham. Took 3 classes from her & was pleased with all of them. I'll post one of my favorite shots with my macro lens & some diopter add-ons.
