I bought some eyelets at JoAnn's. They are a bit bigger than the "regular" size. They did not come with washers like my other ones did. Do I have to have washers to attatch these to my page? If so, where can I get them in the right size? Thanks!

    HI,

I buy all my eyelets online and I have asked many times about washers and the customer service always tells me that they are un needed. For washers you could check your hardware store if you really need them, they are sold cheaper there then the scrapping stores. I have never used a washer and I pertty much have an eyelet on every page. hope this helps.

I didn't even know you were supposed to use washers...none of mine came with them.

I have never used washers with any of my eyelets. Just use the proper size punch and setter for the size of the eyelet. Speaking of which, have any of you seen the new Crop-A-Dial? It is awesome!

The crop-a-dial looks like it's limiting for where you can punch on a page, is that right? Kind of like a hole puncher?

I believe it is limited to 2". But, it will glide through anything like butter! I punched through 8 tags made from Bazzil cardstock with no problem at all. Just like melted butter. It will also punch through a clip board with no pressure and punch through a CD without shattering it. It's a great tool to have!

Some girls had those at a crop I just went too. It does look like a cool tool, but Cass is right - it is very limiting.
