Separate Card Space from Scrap Space?

So you know I have 2 work stations... one is the closet area and one is my quilting cart. I also have shelves that hold my supplies. So I am thinking of making the closet area a dedicated card making spot, complete with sentiment stamps, scraps, etc. I would leave the cart area just for scrapping. I also realize that some supplies/tools will end up being used for both...
Not sure how this would work but what do you think? Do you have separate areas or does it all blend together?

Mine is blended together in terms of card vs. SBing. I do have a separate space for stamping and die cutting. Maybe you can separate your space like that?

I have 2 desks, one is my primary area where I work and the other is overflow, paper cutter and die machines...I don't think I could do separate areas, too much stuff gets used at both and that involves extra storage...

Mine are blended... I'm working at CC all the time n need something at home all the time! !

Maria you have a different situation where you make lots of card kits... I think it could work. I have a caddy for small stuff I take cropping you could just move as you need n have a tool station for bigger stuff n put back!

Mine is kind of all together now since I've moved rooms. I do have all of my dies and die cutting
machines together. Like Clarinda said with you doing so many card kits I think that I would try to
separate the areas some if you can.

Thanks for the responses. I pulled everything out of the new closet area and am debating what to do. I might make it the card area, knowing it will house items I use for scrapping too. I will then need to pull apart the shelves next to the closet area to decide how that will be set up. Can you smell the smoke coming from my brain from thinking about all this?
