    Ok, you all know how to make mashed potatoes. Here's the secret. Add a small can of sliced jalepenos to the water while you are boiling the 'taters. Do not drain the can, just dump it in there. Then finished your potatoes how you like. Gives it a little flavor, and not too terribly spicy, but if you like it hot, just a a little more. This goes great with a home made meat loaf. MmMMmMM

    Mmmmm.... I love spicy anything! I think I would try this and add in a little bit of sharp cheddar cheese. I'll have to give it a go the next time I make mashed taters, thanks for the idea!

    Mashed potatoes are also good with garlic and cheddar cheese. I'll have to try the jalapenos, my kids will like that.
