    Click on the "Go" Pull down menu on the left then "Personal Zone " then "Profile" then "View Edit Profile" on the right and then somewhere in that area you'll see a place to Add and Avatar. Make sure your photo is a perfect square or it will skew it funny. You can make it a square in the Paint program. Just make your pixels the same vertically and horizontally. I hope that helps.
