    DIY : washi tape dispensers

When I was in Michaels the other day, I picked up several washi tapes (were on clearance and some on a regular sale).

I am going to try to start using the tape.

I have been eyeing the We R Memory Keepers washi tape dispenser that is coming out this month, but it is at least $25

So, I decided to look at DIY dispensers. Here is a link of images of dispensers.

There are two that I liked.....one out of a bamboo box and a curtain skinny rod to hold the tapes inside. Also, I like the "cassette tape" box. Oh, now I so wish that I had kept my cassette holders...but, got rid of it years and years ago.

This will be a lot cheaper.

I love looking at all of the creative ways people figure out for this kind of stuff.

I don't use Washi tape, but some of these ideas are very clever.

Cute ideas! I have a couple of those 3 tape holders I got at Staples, I need to find them and then buy some Washi tape...

I made a card last night using the tape. I will need to take a pic and post it.

I can really like this tape. Especially on male cards...but, I need to get masculine washi tape for those

There are some great ideas here, Karen. Thanks for sharing them. My washi tape collection is kind of small but they are just stacked on top of each other in a little tower right now, and they fall over a lot. Lol! I should keep my old tape dispensers and put them into second use, but I do like the straw dispenser idea too because it will take up about the same amount of space as the tapes take up now. You've got me thinking!

That's a good idea about the old tape dispensers . I have a few of them. I will be adding to my collection of tape . I bought four packages with two tapes in them. And it does last longer than what I thought they would.

I just ordered the dispenser's for my store. So excited about that product! Pinterest has some cute ideas as well.
Costco in certain locations is selling the dispenser with ( i think 10) washi tape patterns for 22.99. It's only certain locations, unfortunately its not in my town.
