This is my first altered anything. I'm starting out small and work my way up. It's one of those giant paperclips. I got them at Walmart. I used some of the flower Cuttlebug dies that were in the Ebay auction I won. With the largest die I cut 2 pieces of chipboard and 4 pcs. of the pink paper then I used mod podge to glue 2 of the pink to 1 of the chipboard front and back, the same with the other one, the next die (smaller) I cut 1 pc of the pink printed paper and the next one is vellum. Then I stuck an embelly on top. I used glue dots to glue the paper clip to the front and back of the chipboard. I wanted to use small beads at the bottom, but, I can't find them so I used a heart charm. Some of you have probably been doing this already for years, but my imagination and creativity are about nil so when I saw this I got so excited about all the possibilities, I had to share.

I have been wanting to try some.
I have not done any yet, although I have bought large paperclips when I found them on clearance

That's so cute! I think I need to make one of those. DD will def. go crazy when she sees this. It's got everything she loves; paper clips (fastenated with those), pink, flowers and a heart!
