I have a glue pad. I bought it after I saw a page done in one of the magazines. I stamped the rubber stamp letters I was using for a title on a beach page directly on the glue pad, then stamped my paper, and then quickley added glitter on top of it. The blue was soooo pretty. Looked like sparkling blue water.I also rubber stamped several different shells and quickly added the actual white sand we brought back with us from the beach and added it to the page. I am making a snow page for my Granddaughter now and I will be using some pearl color and silver glitter for the snow. They are nice for bling too. I have layed my ribbon over the glue and then added my small jewels and bling, let it dry, and then run it thru my Xyron and attached it to my page. I have no imagination. Thank goodness for these websites and our SB magazines for my inspiraton. I love to scraplift!!

No, I didn't heat set it. Actually, I never thought about doing it. I might do that on my snow page just in case it is needed. So far the competed pages just using the glue pad are still looking great. I wonder if the heat would stain, discolor, or burn the glue?? I would want to pass on that if so.
