In my quest to save money since I'm broke I bought a cheap glue pen. It's made by Sailor and I got it at ACM. Well, the glue won't come out. I've left it sit so the glue is down at the bottom. I've also rubbed it a gazillion times on paper and it never came out. The instructions say if the flow is not thick or fast enough to replace the cap a few times because it acts like a pump. Well, I've done that a gazillion times too. Is there something I'm missing or did I just get a crappy glue pen?

I hate when things like this happen. And it is always when I really want and have time to scrapbook. I would return the pen to ACM AND I would write the company. That is what I did when I had problems with DUCK adhesive runners. Three of them broke! I was furious, so I e-mailed the company and got replacements for free.

I've never used it also, but ACM is good about replacing items.
