    LOL - when I read the title I was thinking "How can someone alter an outlet (store)?" and then I thought it must be a funny photo of a store. I wasn't even thinking of an outlet cover.

    Outlet Cover. I was thinking ~ fire hazard because of the paper. But no paper! It's beautiful! I love your color combination.

    I bought a switchplate and a matching outlet cover from ebay that were decopaged (sp.?) with black and white toile fabric for my powder room. That was before my scrapbooking days...now I could probably make them myself.
