Here are the steps you need to take to host a swap.

    1. Decide what it is you want to swap. It can quite literally be almost anything you want.

    2. Decide on details; how many groups will you have; how many people will be in each group; if it is a completed item, how many embellishments should be used; what will the due date be (make sure you give at least a week for sign ups and then make it due no sooner than 3 weeks after that date)

    3. Post a new thread with all the details. Be sure to check it daily to update the groups and answer any questions anyone may have.

    4. After your sign up period has ended, start a private message with each person in the swap. You'll want to include the lists again of each group. Any special "rules". Your address. Possibly your phone number, but that's entirely up to you.

    5. Most importantly, HAVE FUN!

If anybody wants, I can post a swap advice guide I created about a year ago.
