I don't know who told me to get this wire shelving thing, but I saw this in the pictures she posted of her scraproom and asked her where she got it. She got it at Lowes so I went and got one too. Holds a lot of ribbon within easy reach- I like it, I like it, I like it a lot !

Very cool ribbon storage and you're right, it does hold a lot of ribbon. You can also see all of it at once which is nice.

Oh Barb that looks like it works great, too bad I'd need 5 lol. I'm adding onto my craft room as soon as I get all the rest of my ribbon organization done I'll take pics and post. You'll die laughing.

Just a thought here and since I don't have one of these racks I can't try my idea out (nor do I have anywhere near that amount of ribbon).

Is there enough room between each shelf to suspend a dowel from the shelf above and add more ribbon?

That is just the ribbon I bought on sale. I have 'tons' more of solid colored satin ribbons that I brought home from my mom's house when she passed away.

I checked and depending on the size of your ribbon spools, yes you can do it. Most of the spool sizes I have on my rack would work, but if you tried to put two of the larger spools on top of each other, it would be too tight. Great idea Bonnie!

You store the ribbon in cool way. You provide the necessary space for storing the ribbons.
