The Cricut is so eazy to use. You will have it down the first 5 minutes after you open the box. The only thing is go to walmart and get som extra cutting mats. Most only come with one. If you cut out words, while you are taking them off you can be cutting something else that is if you have extra mats. Your pages will be done in no time.

my one tip is for letters is line the back of you sheet of paper with double side tape, and then lay a piece of wax paper on top of that. then lay it wax-paper side down on the mat, once you cut out your letters all you have to do is take off the wax paper. and your letter are sticky. hope you could get all that, you will need alot of tape
..............or you could skip that if you have a xyron sticker thing.

    Congrats on your new tool.

Janice, that's a cool tip. I never thought of that. so that's instead of running through a Xyron?

I never had a xyron so this was the easies way I could do it sometime small letters are hard get sticky, heck all letters. it worked for me... you do use a lot of tape, i leave small spaces between each strip of tape depending on the size i am cutting. hope that helps

Congrats on the cricut!!! I love mine but I've not used it much in the last few months... my Xyron is great with it... I think they ought to sell them as a combo... OK... maybe we should get with xyron and provo crafts and tell them what a combo they would make together, don't you agree?
