A letter from my husband!

My husdand sends me one of the longest email i have gotten so far from him and its for you ladies...What is going on here??? I send the box of cards over a month ago.. wow where is the time going right? So i got this email a few days ago and I have been having trouble posting, sorry. Not sure hope its not the computer again.

Thank you all for the support in this card drive you dont know how much it means to us that our SAS family cares so much.

*****THE LETTER*****

I received the box, what a surprise. I was shocked how many
cards were inside and I walked around showing the box of cards to
everyone in my part of the compound. They all commented on how nice
the cards were and they each wantd to take some, but I took the advice
of another member of our unit and will try to lay all the cards on a
table and take a photo of all the cards together before letting them
take what they need.
One Soldier commented that he wished that he had a card like one in
the box for his daughter a few weeks ago. He went to the PX (our
version of a tiny walmart over here) and was looking for Birthday
cards, but they had the wrong years. He mentioned that the cards were
for 1 year brithdays, 4 yr and 6 yr birthdays.
I know in the past that getting cards written by groups from home went
over well, but I have to admit that sending cards that the Soldiers
can simply write on the inside, write "free mail" on the envelope and
send home is great.
We are almost in our 3rd month of our delpoyment, everyone is missing home
and everyone is trying to keep in touch with loved ones as well as
they can. Thank you for sendign the cards, they will be put to good
use and will make a lot of Soldiers and Family members verry happy.
