This is part of the field trip that I went on with my son last year to the Denver Museum of Nature and Science. This LO is from the gems and minerals room we looked at. I wanted a little bit of "Bling" for the letters and mats and finally came up with using silver embossing powder to shine it up a bit.

Thanks Taffy! I cut the letters out with my sidekick and then embossed them with silver embossing powder. The mats I had to go over a second time on some of them to bring out more of a shine.

Judith, my only suggestion is to make sure you have tweezers or something just in case the letter blows away...lol I had to chase the first one down before I grabbed the tweezers.
