What do you do with pictures that are quite large? In trying to get things organized, I've come across some pics that are too big for an album, 11x14m 14x20. I didn't know what to do with them before so they've just been stacked & forgotten. Do you cut them down? Store them somehow? I could frame them but then I wouldn't have the wall space for all of them. Any ideas would be appreciated.

Great question. I have many of them from my kids when they were little. I really like 4x6's or 3x5's the best. I have not ordered a 8x10 in many years.

Great link Bonnie! We all have 8x8 albums, 8X10 and 12x12...can you imagine the possibilities with an album this big? The only problem would be background paper...I'd have to make my own paper!

Judy, I have an album for each of my children to put in their large photos that they've had growing up. This includes mainly professional pics that we've hung on the wall. It's an easy way to give each of them their own album. It's a 12x15 album made by creative memories.

    Hey Jude~!

If you feel more comfortable SBing smaller photos, why not take them to Kinko's or someone like that and have them make copies in a smaller size? That way you can make LOs of the copies and put them into albums you already have without purchasing large specialty albums for them. And then you can just store the originals away for posterity, knowing that you have others 'prettified' and recorded for the family.

I have a bunch of bigger pictures too over 8x10 I haven't figured out what to do with them yet. That is agreat idea to make a bigger album. My hubby's ex wife actually gave me a ton of all the portraits she had had done of their daughter growing up from a baby until now. I am loving it.

Thanks for all the great ideas. Ive ordered one of the albums from one of the links above. I do like to have things together & not scattered out everywhere, despite what my scrap room looks like.
