it is never easy to have to say goodbye to a loved one. And the younger siblings do seem to have a harder time...my sis is still having a hard time coping after losing our dad last year. Certainly, I will pray for you and your family.

I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me. Phil. 4:13
I really understand your situation. My dear sister Debbie really struggled after we lost our mom. And now that we have lost her it seems at moments that we will never be the same. After her struggle with Alzheimers she went home to rest with her Heavenly Father 2 weeks ago. I was reminded of this scripture and it brought me peace.
The victory over death of the righteous.
"Behold, I shew you a mystery;
we shall not all sleep,
but we shall all be changed, in a moment,
in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump;
for the trumpet shall sound,
and the dead shall be raised incorruptible,
and we shall be changed.
For this corruptible must put on incorruption,
and this mortal must put on immortality.
So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption,
and this mortal shall have put on immortality,
then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written,
Death is swallowed up in victory.
O death, where is thy sting?
The sting of death is sin;
and strength of sin is the law.
But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ."
I Cor. 15:51-57
I hope that it brings you peace and comfort as it has my family.
Love and prayers
