I've got a couple of polaroid shots that are 6 years old. They look fine for now. My question is, how long do they hold up for? If I get someone to scan them for me, will they look ok? And print ok?

Hi Cindy, I've got some photo's that are older than that and they are still fine. One thing about scanning, you can crop out the white area around the photos, LOL!! I've got some already in my albums and they are holding up great!!

Oh you may want to check your printer settings. I scanned and cropped some of mine and I did it on the highest quality setting. You need to watch the resolution....

I agree w/ Tonya. I've got some polaroids that i've scanned too, and they're still holding up. Also when scanning and printing them, print them on highest quality paper and you'll be fine.

I have some poloroids that are 37+ years old and they are holding up fine. I trimmed off the white border and scrapped them.
