I store mine in two different (cleaned out ice cream containers that are in the 5 gallon tubs) and i have my eyelets, brads, snaps, etc. in there. but i'm trying to find a better system that'll work for me. I like that i can take my embellies out whenever and not have to worry about those small compartment containers.. (my fingers are too big for those lil things, anyways) This sytem worked for a while, but lately it's taking me too long to dig thru my stash. I'm wondering what you can offer me.

Maybe you just need smaller containers - like photo storage box size, and separate out your embellishments into different categories and label each box. I don't have a lot of embellishments hanging around, because I make most of mine, however, what I do have is stored in a photo storage box. I have another for decorative scissors, another for paint, another for craft foam, etc.

I use the plastic storage boxes that are similiar to the boxes used to keep floss. Lisa

I've got my brads and tiny embellishments in plastic containers that were designed for fishing tackle. My DH got "into" fishing about 20 years ago and order all these fancy containers but never used them. NOW THEY ARE MINE. The containers work great because they have small compartments for the lures.

I like these for small embellishments, because each individual compartment locks:

    Bonnie,

That's what i use also. I bought a fishing tackle box soft sided and put my craft mates in it. It works great for me.

yeah I bought those art bin things and something from JA's that had little boxes and one longer box. I don't know why I didn't think of buying another fishing tackle thing. That's what I put my cheep quilling paper into.

I tried to post on here but couldn't post the pictures. I did post several pictures of how I organize/store embellishments on the general scrapbooking thread.
