I watched HSN most of the day on 7/5. I think this must have been the first time I've ever watched this shopping channel. I didn't like it as well as QVC. The products didn't seem as nice nor were they presented as well. Just my opinion. Sue

Does anyone know when to get the schedule for products offered on either channel. I'd like to check it out.

    Sue,
Don't be too quick to diss HSN. Like QVC they too carry brand names we all know but only show a fraction when on air. I've found some great kits from HSN over the years in Clearance - I won't even shop QVC Clearance because to me it isn't clearance at all. And like anywhere else, I've gotten items in the past from QVC that haven't exactly been up to par.
Just last week in HSN's clearance I picked up 5 different foam stamp fonts from Pebbles Inc. which also included some tools and papier paint for a total of $24! And unlike QVC.com I don't pay sales tax at HSN. And periodically on clearance HSN offers Free S&H.

    Judith,
I am on e-mail alerts for anything crafty happening on either HSN or QVC. You sign up at their web sites. They also alert you of TSV's and give you a chance to order before they bring it to air.

"So has anyone ordered anything yet??"

No. I like to watch mostly for ideas and to see what's new. But I spent a truckload of money at Sizzix.com with that 70% OFF sale going on. I am embarassed to say that I just added 9 more Sizzlit/Thin Cuts alphabets to my arsenol. YIKES!
But at least I got FREE S&H and didn't have to pay sales tax either. So I consider it a good savings.
