I was thinking that we are really fortunate to have a chat room, but it doesn't really get utilized. Does anyone have any good ideas on how we can use it more for scrapbooking? Maybe set times for certain topics or something? I know once in a while someone will want to teach a technique. Could we possibly get some guest experts or something? Are we too small for that?

sounds great to me. How about teaching techiques to start with. I know there is a few I would like to learn more about. Just a thought.

Someone teaching techniques sounds great. Then we can print it out and refer to it. I always seem to forget! Also I can ask questions, as it always seems I have one and no one to ask when I just print something out. Beth

I'm game for whatever.
How about everyone post things they would like to learn. Most of us are good at something or other, these would be a wonderful way to learn and bond as well!
For instance:
the classes I gave at work for the DFCS clients:
1. tearing
2. chalks
3. interactive stamps and inking
4. wet embossing
5. dry embossing
Throw the ideas out, and I am sure someone would run with it

noted. will look into everything and get back with you.
Maybe someone who is comfortable teaching could just say on this day at this time I will be in chat room 3 to teach about this technique. I'd make sure to definitely put which chat room though so that those who want to just have a regular chat will know that is not the room they should go to.
