Like stitching but don't have a sewing machine or patterns or templates?

There are several ways to cheat this look ;)

#1. ink pens! I know you've got them because you do journaling and doodles.

(hope this posts ok and that my friend doesn't mind me borrowing!)
all that zigzag is done with pen! This LO is from Andrea on Life Preservers Club Message Board. It was her Day 9 Load challenge.

#2. Many companies now make rub on stitches. Which seem good to me but then you can run out. There are some that do them in stamps and you can do as much as you want :)

Kinda hard to see but I used a Technique Tuesday acrylic stitch stamp around the pocket holding the birth certificate. Also, a neat thing with the acrylic stamps is you can twist them into circles or paislys or spirals and make different shapes!

If you got thread and needles but no templates here's some ideas.

1. I was told this technique by someone on LOAD but I forgot her name! It's also in the CK mag either jan or feb!

Use watermark (versamark) ink! 1. STamp your accent image on cardstock using watermark ink. trim around the image, leaving a small border. 2. Pierce holes at regular intervals around the stamped images. 3. Embroider!

(Haven't done this one yet! sry :p) So if you all ready have sets of swirly stamps then you don't have to go out and buy Bazzill Stitches Templates :)

Oops-I just came back to see what everyone else did for this challenge.

This one is in the gallery and yes, I did it last week.

I can't decide what I want to do for my LO, lol! And I've been doing my Spring cleaning so I may have to work on mine over the weekend.
