It's amazing how inspiration flows when the scrap desk is clean enough to work at! LOL

This is another LO to add to my moms quilt book that I'm making for her. She has been knitting these newborn baby caps for the local hospital for the last 7 years. She has made around 215 or more.

The backing paper is chalked with yellow, pink, green and blue and adds a little bit of stability to the really thin pattern paper on top.

I love the background the the chalking technique you used. That is really nice of your Mom to take the time to make these, they are adorable! And great job on the LO!

What a beautiful layout to celebrate such a loving heart. I love the softness of the chalking.

Thanks ladies! http://forum.startascrapbook.com/groupee_common/emoticons/icon_smile.gif Mom has gotten to the point with this pattern where she can whiz right through it, it's pretty amazing to watch her make them. Of course I think anyone that can knit or crochet is pretty talented...I can't do either!

Thanks for looking!

Thanks, I'm so proud of her too!

I should get the pictures printed of her adventure making her first great-grandsons baby hat. I thought that thing would be the end of her...lol she was having a fit with the yarn that she was give.
