Woo Hoo!! I had my scrapping garage sale this morning. I put in the ad that it would be over at noon. I didn't want to sit all afternoon & sale maybe 10 cents worth. Anyway, I made almost $250, most of it was by 9:00. I've already got plans for the new things I'm going to buy. I had a lot of dime & quarter things. I sold my Sizzix that I've had for 6 yrs for $40. But that was the only "big" thing that I had. I'm very pleased with it. Oh, I'm buying an new Big Shot to replace the Sizzix.

You made all of that just from scrapping stuff? Way to go!
I don't think I have ever made that much with a regular garage sale!

Of course, we don't want to think about how many $$$ I spent on it all to start with! If it sits in a drawer or on a shelf for more than a yr, it's garage sale time.

Great success! The last garage sale I had, I also advertized SB stuff and it was all gone in the 1st hour. I'm still working on getting rid of a lot of my craft business, so I have a sale about once a month from spring til fall. I should about have the garage emptied by this fall, then it'll be time to build that scrap room. I'm also cleaning out the STUFF in my house. I'm tired of all my closets and shelves overflowing. If I haven't used it in a year or 2 then in the sale it goes. I got rid of my large sizes professional wardrobe that way.

Wow! That is great! I too, have recently made myself a goal....if I don't use something in a reasonal time, I will get rid of it because I don't need anymore clutter and dust collectors....

.....my stuff goes to my sister and her daughter. Would actually love to try to coup some of the money I spent.....but the stuff will be used w/ them. So, that makes me happy!
